The training programs includes theoretical and experimental education. According to past experiences, it is optimized as, in the morning sessions consist of the theoretical information (lectures) then, in the afternoon sessions the demonstration and practical approach are experimented. In order to put up with the details of the techniques, and to have long lasting understanding of the topics for trainees, a mixture of theoretical and experimental approach has been designed.
For the theoretical sessions, many academicians and/or experienced people are invited to be the speakers, so that the highest quality of education is provided.
